Individual Immunity Challenge 4

Come on in guys. I’ll take the immunity necklace back from Tazz. Tonight individual immunity is back up for grabs. Today’s challenge will be a little bit different in that there are 2 distinct challenges and you can only compete in one of the two. Here’s how it will work:


The first challenge will be more active and take more work over the weekend. You’ll be building the longest chain you can build by playing a game similar to 6 degrees of Kevin Bacon. How that works is you name an actor then a movie and another actor who was also in that same movie. Then you list another movie starring the second actor and then a third actor who was also in the second movie.

Example: Paul Freeman – Raiders of the Lost Ark – Harrison Ford – Witness – Lukas Haas – The Revenant – Leonardo DiCaprio

You must make the longest continuous chain using this structure. You’ll be making your chain on your personal confessional thread, so you won’t know the length of the other players’ chains. You determine how long a chain you need to make in order to win the challenge. The only rules are you must use movies only (can be made for TV movies) but you cannot repeat a movie or an actor within your entire chain. I'll use the website IMDb to verify the actors and movies.

If you decide to attempt this challenge, you can begin at noon on Friday and have until noon on Sunday to complete as long a chain as you feel necessary. Longest chain will win individual immunity and safety at Tribal Council.



The second challenge will be for an individual immunity idol and will not require any work over the weekend but will be more based on luck and your ability to correctly predict events over the weekend.

Answer the following and whoever scores the most points based on the values assigned to each question will win an individual immunity idol. The winner will not be revealed publicly.

1. Predict the movies that will make up the weekend box office top 10 in the United States. You’ll score 1 point for each movie you correctly list. 2 points if you get the correct movie in the correct placement (example: you predict Superman will be #1 and it finishes #1).
2. Predict the top 5 vote getters in this election and mark the one you think will win this election: Canadian Election. You’ll score 2 points for each candidate you correctly predict to finish in the top 5 and an additional 3 if you correctly predict the winner.
3. Predict the winners of the ELEAGUE Street Fighter V Invitational match ups. You’ll score 4 points for each match up you correctly predict:
Match 1: Punk v PR Balrog
Match 2: Fuudo v Phenom
Finals: Winner of match 1 v Winner of match 2
4. Predict the following from Major League Baseball:
a. How many total home runs will be hit on Saturday across all Major League games? The closest guess gets 2 points, if you’re within 3 of the correct answer, 3 points and if you guess exactly right you score 5 points
b. The following players are the top 5 pitchers in the majors in wins and all start over the weekend. Predict whether each will get a Win, Loss or No Decision in their start: You’ll score 2 points for each correct prediction.

You need to have your prediction sheet posted in your confessional area by 5pm eastern on Friday.


Remember you can only compete in one of these challenges, but you do not need to reveal which challenge you complete.

to clarify, the second challenge is for a hidden idol. Not for an immunity at this tribal.

If you're doing the challenge for the necklace, you can begin in 45 minutes.

I would prefer you do each post differently so it is easier for me to count

so post 1: actor 1
post 2: shared movie
post 3: actor 2
post 4: shared movie
post 5: actor 3
etc.

But if you prefer to do everything in one long post, you won't be penalized for that.

That's a good question, the NS election results for the second challenge isn't in til Tuesday.

Maybe the immunity idol will be announced later than actual immunity

I'll post results and TC when I get to my hotel tonight. Tomorrow is a holiday in US so there will be no challenge and you'll have all day to vote.
